Friday to Sunday

Weekend excursions, on your dates.

You name the weekend. We design the excursion around the occasion in the middle — an anniversary, a proposal, or a honeymoon that is only two nights. Longer than that belongs with trip itineraries. One night in town belongs with evening date plans.

Two nights · Saturday kept clear

The weekend with one empty day.

  1. Friday

Leave after work. Check in. Eat somewhere that does not require dressing up twice.

  2. Saturday

One reservation, placed at the hour you would actually enjoy it. The rest of the day is unscheduled on purpose.

  3. Sunday

A late breakfast and a departure that still leaves Sunday evening at home.

Plan this weekend
A boathouse on a still alpine lake, mountains in cloud.

One night · Still a trip

The overnight excursion.

  1. Leave

A drive or a train short enough that the journey is not the story.

  2. Evening

One table, already held. If there is a question to ask, it happens before dessert, with a way to leave the room quietly either way.

  3. Morning

Nothing booked. You go home when you want to.

Plan this weekend
A terrace of tables beside a lake in late light.

Two nights · The meal first

Book the table, then the room.

Some weekends are really about one lunch. We hold that table before we choose where you sleep, so the room is near the reason you came, not the other way around.

  1. The table

Chosen for the view, the noise level, and whether you can hear each other.

  2. The room

Close enough to walk back. Far enough from the lobby that the night ends when you decide.

  3. The margin

A few unplanned hours, so the excursion does not feel like a tour.
